01T-Scan digital occlusal analysis
Articulating paper shows where the teeth touch. T-Scan shows how hard, and in what order, as a timed force recording. In a bite that is causing damage, the sequence is usually the problem, and this is the instrument that reveals it. Dr. Nosti lectures on it nationally.
02Joint vibration analysis
JVA records the sound signature each temporomandibular joint produces through a full opening and closing cycle. Healthy joints are quiet in a characteristic way; a displaced disc is not. It is a non-invasive way to screen the joint itself rather than inferring from symptoms.
033D cone-beam imaging
A conventional radiograph is a flat shadow. A 3D scan shows bone volume, bone density, the position of the sinus and the path of the nerve. No implant is planned here from two-dimensional images, because the measurements that matter are not visible in them.
04Digital intraoral scanning
A digital scan replaces impression material for most procedures. It is more comfortable, it can be checked and re-taken on the spot rather than discovered to be flawed at the laboratory, and it feeds directly into design software for aligners, implants and restorations.
05CAD-CAM design and milling
Restorations designed on screen and milled from a solid ceramic block. For suitable cases this means fewer appointments and no temporary. Where a case needs a technician's hand — most front-tooth ceramics — it goes to a laboratory instead, and that is said plainly.
06Standardized clinical photography
Not decoration. A calibrated set of photographs is how a smile is designed against the face, how a case is communicated to the laboratory, and how a result is checked against the plan. It is also the record that makes Dr. Nosti's teaching possible.
