Getting here
The practical details.
Linwood sits on the shore side of Atlantic County, and the trip inland to Mays Landing runs roughly twenty minutes via Route 9 and the Black Horse Pike or Route 40. Patients from neighboring Northfield and Somers Point make the same journey.
Shore-area patients tend to come for cosmetic work and for reconstruction — worn front teeth, failing older crowns and veneers, and bites that have been patched repeatedly. Those are cases where a plan built before any tooth is prepared makes the difference, and that is how they are handled here.

Questions
From Linwood.
I have older veneers that no longer match. Can they be replaced?
Usually, yes. Replacing existing veneers is a routine part of the work here, and it starts the same way any cosmetic case does: a design, a trial you wear and approve, and only then the ceramic. The honest caveat is that what is underneath them is not fully known until they come off, so the plan includes what happens if a tooth needs more than a veneer.
Is it worth the drive?
For a cleaning, probably not — a good local practice is the sensible choice for routine care, and the office will say so. For a reconstruction, a full-arch implant case or a bite problem that has not been solved elsewhere, the twenty minutes is a rounding error against a plan measured in months.
Can I keep my own dentist for routine visits?
Yes, and plenty of patients do exactly that. Complex treatment is carried out here and routine care continues where it has always been, with records shared in both directions. Nobody will try to take over your hygiene visits.

Start with an examination and a straight answer.
A consultation includes an examination, the records the case needs and a written, itemized plan. If what you are asking for is not the right treatment, Dr. Nosti will say so and tell you what is.
